Willa Silver

willaWilla Silver brings both a comprehensive, hands on understanding of Sales, with over 15 years of sales and sales management experience, as well as over 16 years of entrepreneurship via her own sales coaching business. Ms. Silver has coached over 1000 Financial Advisors from such banks as RBC, Canada’s largest bank with over 78,000 employees worldwide, and TD Bank Group, Canada’s second largest bank with over 85,000 employees worldwide. She also coaches entrepreneurs in how to approach sales e.g. generating more qualified meetings, creating lists, engaging introductions, proposals that close, filling seminars, etc. Ms. Silver has the complete knowledge of what is needed for sales to ensure success, whether directly or through partners. In 2012 Ms. Silver published “The New Language of Sales” (see below).

Willa Silver provides comprehensive, hands on understanding of Sales, gleaned from over 15 years’ experience in Sales and 16 years’ experience in Sales Coaching. She is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute, which is accredited by the International Coach Federation, and is completing her Master Certified Coach Training. Ms. Silver sat on the Board of Directors of the International Coach Federation for seven years.

In 2012 Ms. Silver published “The New Language of Sales”, which dispenses the skills needed to transform the sales conversation and differentiate oneself from the competition. She has supported over 1000 entrepreneurs in expanding their businesses by creating and practicing new approaches that support them in achieving and surpassing their business growth goals. She also offers various webinars on the subject.

Willa’s passion for sales is evident in the fact that she walks the talk. She acquired her current clients through cold calls and effective referral requests.
